what is the hire length period?
normally 48 hours - if you would like to hire items from us for a shorter or longer period, please mention this when enquiring. we understand that every wedding & venue is different!
do you charge VAT on top?
no - all the prices listed in our brochure are the total cost of each item.
delivery charges may apply and any bespoke packages will be additional.
can we view your items in person?
due to covid-19 - we currently can't offer warehouse viewings.
when we are allowed to - we are happy to (and actively encourage!) having a meeting to discuss your plans.
you are welcome to visit our storage & showroom space, meetings are by appointment only so please contact us to arrange this.
what are your delivery charges?
we will deliver and collect hired items for free up to 20 miles (by road) from faversham, kent.
we charge £0.50 per mile thereafter.
will you setup the items for us?
our price for each items cover hire only - your items will be delivered to the ground floor of your venue.
if you would like us to setup the items this is an extra fee.
please note -we cannot setup items hired from other suppliers.
how do we go about booking you?
firstly, please get in touch and enquire with your date and the items you'd like to hire.
if we are available, we will discuss pricing and send over a quote.
we require a small non-refundable deposit to secure the items on your date.
the remaining balance is due 1 month before your wedding.
can you recommend venues/photographers/florists etc.?
yes! we work with lots of lovely other suppliers and would gladly recommend them - just ask for our list!
